WESTLIFE After 14 Years....

After 14 years... WESTLIFE statement.They confirmed and announced that they are gonna split up
after the greatest hits collection this Christmas and a farewell tour next year.

OMG! WESTLIFE, the band, i has been knowing since i was 12 years old,
is gonna split up soon next year.
SHOCK and pretty sad heard this news.

Actually, after watching their Gravity tour 2011 in Jakarta Oct 5, i start thinking how to
re-collecting all of their albums.
Now, I made up my mind, i MUST look for all of their albums, buy and collect them!
Also, i MUST get their last album, Greatest Hits.
WESTLIFE is one of the best boy band EVER!

Thank you WESTLIFE for giving us such an amazing 14-year-memory.

Texas Business Internship 2011

Last summer holiday, Kaori Okudera and I spent our summer holiday by participating in Business Internship Program in Houston, Texas. Students who participated in this program were not only from Fukushima University but also there were other three students from Toyo Gakuin University. We were there about three weeks, working at the office from Monday to Friday and having a lot fun in many activities on the weekend.

Honestly, this program cost us a lot, but instead of looking at the cost, please look at what we got and learnt from this program. Working at the office where only English can be understood, learning American culture, and interacting with American people are such a priceless experience. So, actually the money spent in this program is like investment for our own future.

All of us worked at the different offices. One of students from Toyo Gakuin worked at University of Houston and the others worked at Birkman International, Inc. While, Kaori and I worked at JFPI Corporation and Farouk Systems, Inc.

I, myself worked at marketing department of Farouk Systems, Inc, helping them do marketing research, check the inventory, send samples of their products to sales and many other things, and also learning how American people work hard but still can enjoy life better than Japanese people. The key point how they can have work—life balance is they do not do too much overtime like Japanese do. Besides that, by working there, I also learnt that there is no senior-junior level like in Japan. All of us are treated same and do need use polite form when talking to seniors.

　On the weekend, we spent our time together in many activities. We went to University of Houston to watch American football games. On the first Sunday we were there, we spent about five hours in NASA before we went shopping in the big indoor shopping mall, named The Galleria. Then, on the next weekend, we went to one of the largest flea market in Texas, called Trade Villagers. There, they sell many kinds of stuffs with the very low prices. Next, knowing that in Houston, there is the largest Church in The United States, we did not forget to spare our weekend time to see how exactly big that Church. That Church is named Lakewood Church.

Three weeks stay in Houston, working with American people and learning their cultures, is an amazing experience ever.

So, if you have chance to participate the program like this, don’t miss it!

External Radiation of mine, 20 microSv/week

20 microSv/week means my body was exposed to radiation about 3 microSv/day.

The teacher who experts in this area said that the level is normal or even lower than the level is predicted, or the level of others students.

He looked so surprise, and even asked me,

" Did you go nowhere whole a week, just staying at home?"

Honestly, i spent most of my time at home.

I just went out if i have classes or if i have to go to grocery store.

And, i always use long-sleeves and mask when i go out,

so that my body is not exposed to radiation so often.

I hope the level of the radiation in Fukushima getting lower and lower as soon as possible,

so i can live more normally (red : without mask or long-sleeves in SUMMER!!!).

誕生会の準備 in July

二回目の誕生会はこの前と同じ避難所で行われた。
今回は、誕生会の準備だけ参加しに行った。
本当は、誕生会の本番も参加したかったけど、試験やレポートの関係で、
参加出来なかった。

誕生会の準備には誕生会のプレゼント「風鈴」を作ったり、
チラシを配ったりした。

避難所にいるみんなの不安やストレス少しだけ減らす為に、
このイベントやっているので、
皆と一緒にこのイベントを楽しめるのは一番だね♥

笑顔と希望をもって、一歩一歩前に進むなら、
きっと大丈夫！きっと！！！

Before Final Exam, Escape to HAKODATE

Hey Hokkaido i came again! This time i visited your southern part, HAKODATE!
Yes, here is my itinerary of three days two nights trip to Hakodate, 16-18 July 2011.

First day :
Took five hours to reach Hakodate from Fukushima by Bullet train, finally arrived at Hakodate Station around 2 PM.

First place we visited after checked-in hotel is CLUSTER of WAREHOUSES.
The view of this place is so amazing, especially its night view.

Then, the next place we visited before back to the Hotel is MEIJIKAN.
Being there, somehow, i felt like i was at the any part of Europe.
Maybe because of the style of its building.

Second day :
We took a participate in two of Hakodate Bus trips.
But before the bus trip, we had our breakfast at MORNING MARKET.

Here is the breakfast set : ( fresh seafood!!! ♥　Yummy )

The first city bus trip took us to MOTOMACHI.
There we visited four places.

After lunch, we took the second city bus trip.

The places we visited is GORYOKAKU - HAKODATE BUGYOSHO - TRAPPISTINE CONVENT.

From the top of Goryokaku Tower, you can enjoy wonderful view like the below picture -the lake is in the shape of a Star -

Just pay ¥300 ($3.75) if you want to rent this costume and take a photo like this.

Actually, we did not have any plan at the night on that day, only thinking to hang out around Hakodate Station. But, after knowing that the weather on that night was pretty enough to enjoy the night view from the top of Hakodate Mountain, we decided to go there, taking a ropeway to reach the top.

We were so lucky at that night. Why?

Because, accidentally, on that night, there also was a firework from the sea, so we could enjoy the night view and the firework at the same time. It was so terrific! ♥ FABULOUS!!!

LUCKY, because we could see such a wonderful view like that,

but UNLUCKY, because the bus, which supposed to bring us back to the hotel, did not come at the time as it had been scheduled!

Neither wanted to wait the bus anymore, nor took a taxi (SAFE MONEY ^-^), we decided to go back to the hotel by walking. If only i did not use HIGH HEELS on that night, it would be nicer.

Third day :

We could not go to many places on the last day there, because we had to take train, going back to Fukushima at 5 PM.

In the morning, we visited MEMORIAL SHIP OF MASHUMARU, near the Hakodate Station.

Then, after lunch, we took a short trip to Onuma Park.

It took about one hours from Hakodate Station by special express train.

There, we took a 30 minutes boat trip along of the Onuma Lake and bought some souvenirs before going back to Hakodate station.

That is my short trip story to Hakodate.

I will back again with another my trip stories.

D.Fool Live - DEAR -

On last Wednesday, July 6th, my friends and I went to watch the Live performance of D.Fool, a street dancing club of Fukushima University.
The theme of this Live is DEAR, ...

In the beginning of the live,
there was a simple question, yet not to easy to answer it.
- In your life, what is your DEAR ( the most important thing ) ? -
- In your life, what is the thing you want to protect most?-

Not have time to think about the above question more deeply,
the street dancing live performed by D.Fool was started.

The live took place in about 80 minutes.
I enjoyed it very much.
What an amazing performance, bringing me back to my senior high school memory.
I was dancing like that too with my team dancer (VERSA) when i was in Senior High School.
That is one of my unforgettable moments in my life.

Anyway, D.Fool お疲れさま！ Well done, perfectly!!!

お誕生会　（福島大学ボランティア主催）

先週の日曜日（６月５日）に、あづま総合運動公園の避難所で開かれるお誕生日会に参加した。この活動は福島大学ボランティアの一つの活動だ。

この誕生会は、避難所にいる５・６月で生まれた子供たちのための誕生日の祝いだ。

この誕生会ではパーティーみたいな雰囲気はなかったが、子供たちと踊ったり、ちぎ絵を作ったり、ケーキをた食べたり、たった一時間半だけ行ったけれども、子供たちの笑顔が見られたのは一番だと私が感じた。

避難所での生活、いつまで続けなければならないのは未だにわからないけれども、あきらめないで一緒に頑張ろうね！
こころから祈っているので！ファイト！！！

This series is a Korean version of Japanese series (Itazura na Kiss - 1996). Then, this series is also a Taiwanese version, named "It Started with Kiss".

I think the Korean version is the best and must watched version!
I cannot satisfied with the original version, Japanese version because the ending is too lame.
So, if you want the see the great ending, you should watch the Korean version.

Btw, When i flashed back, i realized that I finished this series one day before the big earthquakes (11/03/11) happened. T_T

5. Dream High

Description: Six students at Girin Art High School work to achieve their dreams of becoming stars.

Episodes: 17 Completed | Year: 2011

Although i feel a little bored in the beginning episodes, i can still say that this series is also the must watch series.

This series is not focus on its love story. It tells about how we should persist on our dreams.

Dreams are something you never let go of despite all difficulties.
Challenges are what you see through to the end.

6. 49 days

Description: 49 Days, is about a fantasy where the lead character falls into a coma from an accident with days before her wedding and finds out she can live with tears from three people who truly love her besides her family.

Episodes: 20 Completed | Year: 2011

Cried a lot because of this series though,
this series makes me think deeply about my life.

★　If you just have 49 days (extra 6 days) left to live in this world, what you are going to do?

★　Who will give the tears of 100% sincerity to me besides my family if i die?

Pengalaman gempa yang terjadi di Jepang pada tanggal 11 Maret 2011 sekitar pukul 2.46 PM (waktu Jepang) merupakan pengalaman pertama (dan berharap ini pengalaman terkakhir) saya merasakan hebatnya guncangan gempa sebesar 9 SR (berpusat di Miyagi Prefecture) yang juga mengakibatkan gelombang tsunami setinggi kurang lebih 16 meter. Sesaat ( sekitar 10 detik )sebelum gempa besar itu terjadi, terdengar bunyi seperti alarm, berdering dari salah satu stasiun TV yang sedang saya tonton. Alarm itu ternyata adalah "early warning" yang memperingatkan bahwa akan ada guncangan gempa yang kuat. Dan, ternyata benar, tidak berselang lama dari bunyi alarm tersebut, guncangan yang sangat kuat dan berlangsung cukup lama sekitar 3 menit mengguncang Pulau Honshu bagian utara.

Sesaat saya mencoba untuk bertahan di dalam kamar saya yang terletak di lantai 5, tetapi karena guncangan gempa tidak menunjukkan tanda-tanda akan melemah ataupun berhenti, saya pun panik dan langsung memutuskan untuk turun keluar dari gedung asrama tersebut. Sesampainya di bawah, ternyata teman-teman seasrama ku dan ibu asrama ku sudah saling menggandeng lengan satu dengan yang lain sambil mencoba untuk tetap tidak panik.

Sesaat setelahnya, akhirnya guncangan gempa tersebut melemah dan berhenti. Setelah keadaan dirasakan cukup aman, kami diperbolehkan untuk masuk kembali ke dalam asrama dan berkumpul di Hall Asrama yang terletak di lantai 1 untuk berantisipasi dengan datangnya gempa-gempa susulan. Dan ternyata benar, gempa-gempa susulan terus terjadi walaupun dengan skala yang tidak cukup besar. Gempa-gempa susulan masih terus terjadi sampai hari ini. Setiap harinya, terjadi sekitar 20 kali gempa susulan dengan skala yang relatif kecil (1-3SR).

Bencana yang dialami Jepang tidak berhenti sampai di sana. Gempa yang mengakibatkan gelombang tsunami itu juga telah menyebabkan kerusakan parah pada PLTN Fukushima Daiichi yang terletak di Fukushima Prefecture.

Mengingat Fukushima University, tempat saya berkuliah saat ini hanya berjarak 63 km dari PLTN tersebut, tidak dapat saya pungkiri bahwa ada kecemasan dan perasaan bimbang sebelum akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk tetap kembali ke Fukushima. Setelah kembali ke Fukushima city dan melihat sendiri bagaimana kehidupan di sini, sedikit demi sedikit perasaan cemas itu hilang. Walaupun tingkat radiasi (akibatkan dari ledakan dan kebocoran pada PLTN Fukushima Daiichi) di Fukushima city masih di atas batas normal, penduduk Jepang yang ada di sini tetap menjalankan kehidupan mereka seperti biasa. Pemerintah menghimbau kepada masyarakat di sini untuk menggunaka masker setiap kali beraktivitas di luar rumah untuk mencegah masuknya paparan radiasi ke dalam tubuh. Tetapi setelah saya amati, hanya sedikit saja masyarakat yang menggunakan masker.

Kemudian, bagaiman dengan proses perkuliahan di Fukushima University sendiri?
Proses perkuliahan sudah dimulai kembali sejak 12 Mei yang lalu. Tidak ada perubahan yang significant terjadi di sana. Mahasiswa-mahasiswa asing yang sempat pulang ke negaranya masing-masing setelah bencana gempa pun sudah kembali lagi untuk mengikuti perkuliahan. Jumlah mahasiswa asing yang baru pun tidak mengalami penurunan yang significant, bahkan dapat dikatakan jumlahnya hampir sama seperti jumlah pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya.

Perubahan hanya nampak pada adanya kebijakan dari beberapa dosen yang memberikan sedikit kelonggaran kepada mahasiswa mahasiswi nya yang mengalami kesulitan untuk menghadiri proses perkuliahan ataupun yang merasa cemas terhadap tingkat radiasi di Fukushima city. Tidak akan ada pengambilan absen ataupun quiz-quiz kecil di setiap pertemuan kelas, yang ada hanyalah ujian/report akhir, sehingga mahasiswa mahasiswi hanya dituntut untuk mengikuti ujian akhir ataupun mengumpulkan report akhir untuk mendapatkan kredit dalam subject-subject tersebut.

Gempa Miyagi 11 Maret 2011 (2)

Setelah terjaga semalaman, di hari ke-2 pasca gempa, aku dan teman2 memutuskan untuk kembali ke kamar masing2 pagi harinya. Saat itu karena gempa2 susulan masih sering kali terasa, aku takut untuk tidur. Aku hanya merebahkan badan di ranjang dalam kondisi jaket dan sepatu masih lengkap terpakai. Itu aku lakukan, untuk berjaga2 apabila terjadi gempa besar lagi, aku bisa langsung melarikan diri. Selain itu, satu backpack yang berisikan dokumen2 penting seperti ijasah, sertifikat, dan passpor sudah disiapkan di dekat pintu keluar.

Aku bertahan di kamarku sampai sekitar pukul 4 sore, sebelum akhirnya aku memutuskan untuk keluar melihat kondisi jalan dan berbelanja makanan dan air. Di jalan2, tidak banyak bangunan yang rusak. Hanya beberapa saja yang mengalami kerusakan pada kaca jendela. Dari sini bisa di lihat betapa bangunan2 di Jepang memang sudah dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk menghadapi gempa besar sekalipun.

Tetapi walaupun demikian, jalan2 yng biasa aku lewatin setiap hari itu telah berubah menjadi kota mati.
Sedikit sekali pejalan kaki ataupun mobil yang lewat. Selain itu, sebatas mata memandang, toko2 dan departement store pun sebagian besar tidak beroperasi. Hanya convenient store Seven-Eleven dan Daiyu 8 supermarket yang beroperasi. Tetapi walaupun, toko2 tersebut beroperasi, sebagian besar barang2 sudah sold out. Aku sudah tidak bisa lagi melihat roti, beras dan air di kedua toko tersebut. Yang tersisa hanyalah, frozen food, cemilan2, daging mentah, sayur2 an dan susu. Aku tidak bisa membeli daging2 mentah seperti itu, karena gas d rumah tidk bisa digunakan. Oleh karena itu aku hanya membeli frozen food dan cemilan2.

Setelah pulang dari berbelanja, aku baru menyadari kalau keadaan Fukushima, daerah tempat tinggalku, semakin berbahaya, karena ada tabung reaktor yang meledak. Berita itu sampai ke Indonesia, yang akhirnya membuat keluargaku memaksaku untuk segera meninggalkan Fukushima.

Karena tidak ada kereta ataupun bus yang beroperasi di saat itu, satu2 nya jalan untuk meninggalkan Fukushima adalah dengan menggunakan pesawat melalui Fukushima airport.
Tetapi lagi2 kendala datang. Aku pun tidak bisa ke Fukushima airport menggunakan bus umum karena pada saati itu bus umum pun tidak beroperasi. Beruntung, di tempat pengungsian aku bertemu dengan seorang Japanese yg berbaik hati memberikan aku tumpangan sampai ke Fukushima airport karena dia pun berencana pergi ke airport.

Sesampai di airport, betapa kagetnya aku melihat antrian yg sudah sangat panjang padahal jam msh menunjukkan sekitar pukul 9 pagi. Karena tidak ada pilihan lain, ak pun ikut mengantri. Setelah mengantri selama kurang lebih 6 jam, akhirnya sampai juga diriku di depan counter tiket. Seperti yg sudah terbayangkan, aku tidak bisa mendapatkan tiket dan hanya bisa mendaftarkan diriku di waiting list. Aku di suruh menunggu sampai sekitar pukul 7 malam untuk mengetahui apakah aku bisa mendapatkan flight ke Tokyo pada malam itu. Di saat2 aku menunggu, tiba2 ada kabar baik datang dari pihak KBRI. Team relawan dari KBRI akan menjemput diriku malam itu juga untuk di evakuasi ke Tokyo.

Aku menunggu tim dari KBRI untuk menjemputku. Tepat jam 12 malam, akhirnya tim KBRI benar2 datang menjemputku. Perasaan lega benar2 menyelimuti diriku walaupun sebenarnya di depan sana masih ada satu kecemasan. Kecemasan apakah kami bisa menembus jalan2 untuk sampai ke Tokyo. Hampir semua jalan tol menuju Tokyo ditutup dikarenakan gempa besar yg terjadi pada tanggal 11 Maret yang lalu.

Tim dari KBRI sesekali terlihat cemas tetapi mereka berusaha untuk tetap tenang dan berkonsentrasi mencoba mencari jalan mana yg dapat dilalui untuk mencapai Tokyo. Dan akhirnya Puji Tuhan, mereka pun berhasil membawa kami ( aku, 2 pelajar Indonesia yg lain, beserta teman2 negara lain) sampai di Tokyo dengan selamat walaupun memakain waktu 2x lipat dari waktu yang biasanya diperlukan. Thanks untuk para relawan! :)

Sesampainya di Tokyo, kami harus menjalankan serangkain medical check-up untuk memastikan bahwa diri kami tidak terkena dampak radiasi dari ledakan reaktor Fukushima Daiichi.
Dan sekali lagi Puji Tuhan, kami semua CLEARED! ^^

Gempa Miyagi 11 Maret 2011 (1)

Tidak pernah terbayangkan sekalipun, "akhirnya" bisa mengalami sendiri bagaimana paniknya saat gempa besar terjadi. Jepang memang sudah terkenal dengan negara yang sering mengalami gempa, dan selama 4 tahun di Jepang, aku pun sudah sangat sering mengalami gempa. Berbeda dengan gempa2 sebelumnya yg hanyalah goyangan2 kecil dan hanya berlangsung sebentar, goyangan gempa kali ini sangatlah kuat dan berlangsung hingga 2 menitan.

Sebelum gempa besar ini terjadi, sebetulnya udah ada peringatan semacam alarm dari TV yang menyuruh untuk mengamankan diri. Tetapi, jarak waktu antara peringatan alarm dan datangnya gempa sangatla pendek, hanya sktr 5-10 detik.
Saat gempa terjadi, aku masih berada di kamrku yang ada di lantai 5. Beberapa detik, aku sempat hanya bertahan di kamar. Aku berpikir kalau gempa kali ini juga seperti gempa2 sebelumnya yang akan segera berhenti.
Tetapi karena gempa tak kunjung berhenti, dan suara2 kaca dari lemari udh semakin menakutkan, aku memberanikan diri untuk keluar dari kamar dan menuruni tangga menuju lantai 1.
Saat aku menuruni tangga, goyangan gempa masih terasa sangat hebat. Oleh karena itu aku harus berpegangan kuat dengan pegangan tangga di saat menuruni tangga tersebut.
Puji Tuhan, aku bisa sampai di lantai 1 dengan selamat, dan segera bergegas untuk keluar dari asrama itu.

Di luar asrama, ternyata anak2 penghuni asrama lain sudah saling bergandengan tangan satu sama yg lain.
Aku pun dengan tanpa ragu bergabung dengan mereka, membentuk lingkaran sambil berpengangan tangan.
Suasana saat itu masihlah sangat panik, karena goyangan gempa belum juga berhenti.

Goyangan gempa berhenti setelah beberapa menit kemudian. Kamipun mulai memasuki asrama kembali untuk melihat TV, mencari tahu tentang situasi apa yang sebenarnya terjadi. Pusat gempa berada di Miyagi Prefecture dengan kekuatan 8.8SR( dikoreksi menjadi 9SR) dan menimbulkan tsunami setinggi 10 meter di daerah pantai timur Jepang bagian utara (Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima).

Gempa kali ini juga membuat jaringan telekomunikasi terganggu.
Aku tidak bisa membuat panggilan keluar ataupun menerima panggilan masuk.
SMS dan email pun ikut terganggu.
Bersyukur, jaringan sosial seperti FB dan twitter tidak mengalami gangguan, sehingga aku bisa meng-update FB dan twitter ku terus untuk memberitahu tentang kabar ku saat itu.

Gempa besar 8.8 SR memang sudah berakhir, tetapi gempa2 susulannya tak kunjung berhenti. Aku bisa merasakan gempa susulan sekitar 15-20 menit sekali. Dan itu membuat aku dan teman2ku takut untuk kembali ke kamar masing2. Kami bertahan di hall asrama yg terletak di lantai 1.

Setelah beberapa jam, merasakan gempa susulan udh semakin berkurang frekuensinya, aku pun memberanikan diri untuk kembali ke kamar. Kamarku sudah sangat berantakan dengan barang2 yang berserakan di mana2. Aku berusaha merapikan barang2 ku sebelum akhirnya datang lagi peringatan alarm bahwa akan terjadi gempa susulan yang besar.Setelah itu, akupun tidak berani lagi untuk kembali ke kamar, dan memutuskan untk bertahan di hall asrama.

Belakangan ini, kebiasaan GILA ku menonton K-drama muncul kembali.
Mungkin ini karena sekarang sedang liburan.

1 minggu belakangan ini, aku menghabiskan 3 series K-drama straight!
owowowow. so CRAZY I am!
I just need 2-3 days to watch one series of K-drama,.
so you can imagine that how crazy I am! hohoho :)

I know, maybe for some people, i just waste my precious time.
But, like a proverb says,
"Time you enjoy wasting, was not wasted -John Lennon".

I enjoy very much watching drama.
so, i don't think that is a wasteful thing.
It is just one of my ways to enjoy my life.

Here, K-drama which i have watched, recently.

1. My Princess

Description: An ordinary college student, Lee Seol, finds out she?s a princess. The grandson of Daehan Group, Park Hae Young, is put in charge of educating Seol on proper etiquette.

Episodes: 16 Completed | Year: 2011

This drama is interesting enough . Not only about the romance story, but also the conflicts between Korea`s Emperor and President make this drama worth to be watched.

2. Mary Stayed Out All Night

Description: Ui Mae Ri is a stubborn woman and the daughter of a failed businessman with not much experience in dating. She starts to date tought rocker Kang Mu-Kyul. Problems arise when perfect guy with a good background and prestigious education, Byun Jung In, gets in the way.

After watching this drama, i really fall in love deeply with Jang Geun Seuk. hohoho ♥♥♥

Not only because of his good-looking, but because of his voice as well. Everyday, I repeated again and again his song in this drama, titling Hello Hello.

Besides, from this drama, i get one thing interesting to be thought more deeply.

"Among LOVE, TRUST, and LOYALTY, which one do you think is the most important?"
According this drama, the most important is LOYALTY.
I agree with that.
Indeed, you need LOVE to build a relationship, and then you need TRUST to keep your relationship.
But, above those, you need LOYALTY to make your relationship lasts forever.
So how about you? Which one do you think is the most important? Let's think!!!

3. Secret Garden

Description: The drama tells the story of Kim Joo Won (Hyun Bin), a seemingly perfect man who hides an arrogant and eccentric side, and Gil Ra Im (Ha Ji Won), a stuntwoman whose beauty and body are the object of envy amongst top actresses. One day they went deep into the mountains and entered a strange house, where a strange grandmother offered them chocolate to eat. The next day, they found themselves in the other's body.

From three of drama i have watched, i can say that this drama is the best. The story is damn interesting. I cannot guess accurately what will happen next. What i guess will happen always go too far from what happens actually.

I can feel the chemistry of love from this drama.
Love comes neither from eyes nor brain, but it comes from heart.

Even you have no memories in your brain about how much you love him/her,
Even your eyes keep trying to tell your brain not to love him/her,
yet your heart cannot tell a lie about how much you love him/her.

成績oh成績！

成績、やっと出たよ。
単位を全部とれて、GPA3.5以上もケィップできて、
意外とよかったと思う。

成績みると、一番ビックリしたのは
”経営情報分析”の成績だ。
なぜなら、その科目の成績は“F”だと思ったからだ。
試験のとき、二つ問題やり忘れたし、他の問題に対する
答えも半分ぐらいしか正しくなかった。
単位をとれても、成績は一番良くても、”D”だと思った。
でも、実際に、”B”という成績をとれた。
これは”奇跡”に決まっているよね。
神様、ありがとう。

そして、”データで見る日本経済”の成績は予想通り行かなかった。
その科目の成績は”C”だったよ。
信じないので、不服申し立てした。
先生と相談した結果、レポートの成績が悪かったせいで、
あと２点足りなかったので、”B”に行けなかったと
知ってた。惜しかったけど、しかたがないわ。

まぁ、全体的の成績よかったので、
ほっとした。

これからも、ガンバリます！！！

International Exchange in Bandai (11-13 February 2011)

Again, I joined international exchange and communication program.
This time, I joined a program in Bandai-Aizu Wakamatsu-Fukusshima
for 3 days 2 night.
It was so much fun, experiencing something new and meeting
new friends from another countries.
The participants were about 58 people, coming from more than 10 different
countries, like France, Brazil, Argentina,USA, Portugal, Turkey, Taiwan and so on...

Then, here is the activities during 3 days.

試験oh試験！

昨日、今期の全部の試験やっと終わった。
けど、あまりほっとしていないなーと感じている。
逆に、今、ほんーとうに不安だ！　T＿T

それは、最後の試験で、わけわかないことが起ったからだ！
最後の試験（経営情報分析）で、最後の２問は別の紙で
載せていることのせいか、全然見えなく、結局その２問が
バツになることが決まっている。
その試験はせめてCだけとれるかどうか本当に心配している！

今まで、あたしの人生のなか、そのこと初めてだ！
昨日、試験の終わった後、自分のことが嫌になっちゃって、
本当に落ち込んだ。泣いた。

しかも、先週の試験（財務管理）も落ちそうかも！
全部答えたけど、正しかった答えは４問から１問しかない。
どうしよう！どうしよう！

あたしは勉強しなかったわけないよ。
でもー、結果的には試験できなかった！

これで、あたしのGPAどうなるかな。
すごく心配している。

でも、心配するだけで、
何も変わらない。

今、神様に祈っている。
神様の力でありえないことでもあり得るので、
それだけ信じている。

とにかく、全力を尽くした。

Today, i got one memorable moment of Christmas from Fukushima.
It was WHITE CHRISTMAS.

Yeahhhh,, finally, i can feel the WHITE CHRISTMAS,
celebrating Christmas while it was snowing outside there.
It was so beautiful.
Thanks to Fukushima. (thanks to GOD, actually).
He made my Christmas day.

Christmas Eve' Mass and Party 2010, Dec24th

This was my first time participating Christmas Eve's mass in Japanese.

First time of mine, to sing Silent Night and Joy to The World in Japanese.
It was so memorable.

In the end of the mass, there were some Christmas presents for CHILDREN.
But, i don't know, maybe i was so lucky on that day,
(or maybe they saw me as a child because of my little body), i got one of them too ♥

After the mass, there was a simple party, celebrating Christmas.
There were some performances from Japanese. One of those like what you
can see below.

Some Japanese showed her talent in playing violin and piano.
It was so wonderful.

That was my way of celebrating Christmas Eve 2010 in Fukushima.

Actually, it was just so simple, but it was not reducing the meaning of Christmas itself.
We are happy to welcome Jesus Christ, our savior.

Joy to the world.
The Lord has come.

Merry Xmas every Christian on earth.

God lives with us forever.

Illumination at Fukushima University

Yeah,,,
Fukushima University seems like not want to be left behind in welcoming Christmas.
They put some illuminations like what you can see below.

That illumination is started from December 22nd.
Actually, it is not as gorgeous as illuminations in Tokyo (ex.Odaiba, Roppongi, Shinjuku).
It is just simple. Yet, i love it ♥
The meaning of illumination is still same, welcoming Christmas, warming your heart .

年賀状 ( New Year's card )

Menurut peribahasa,
"Di mana bumi dipijak, di situ langit dijunjung"

dan, menurut peribahasa itulah,
aku mencoba mengikuti salah satu kebiasaan yang ada di sini.

Di Jepang, dalam menyambut Tahun Baru ( 1 Januari ),
ada kebiasaan yang tidak pernah terlewatkan di setiap tahunnya,
walaupun di jaman sekarang teknologi (Email, SMS) sudah berkembang
sebegitu pesatnya. Kebiasaan itu adalah kebiasaan mengirim "nengajou (年賀状）”,
atau dalam bahasa Indonesia nya biasa disebut dengan Kartu Pos Tahun Baru.

Kartu Pos ini bisa didapatkan di kantor pos, di convenient store, ataupun di toko2 buku
dengan harga yang cukup murah sekitar ¥80 per lembarnya.

Seiring kemajuan teknologi di jaman sekarang, kita bisa menulis pesan2 di kartu pos itu
dengan bantuan komputer dan printer.
Tetapi, menurut salah satu kenalan Japanese ku, walaubagaimanapun pesan2 yang ditulis di kartu pos itu sebaiknya ditulis dengan tangan sendiri untuk menunjukkan ketulusan hati lewat ucapan2 terima kasih, harapan2 di tahun mendatang, ataupun pesan2 lainnya yang ditulis di kartu pos tersebut.

Tahun ini aku mengirim 18 lembar 年賀状 .
Ini jumlah terbanyak sejak aku menginjakkan kaki di negeri sakura ini.

Kartu pos ini harus dikirim paling lambat tanggal 25 Desember supaya
bisa sampai di alamat yang dituju tepat pada tanggal 1 Januari.

明けましておめでとうございます。
いい年になりますように。

Ini pengalaman pertamaku mengunjungi pabrik bir.

Pabrik bir yang kami kunjungi kemarin adalah pabriknya Asahi.
Produk dari Asahi yang paling terkenal adalah Asahi Super Dry.
Percaya ga percaya, itu juga menjadi favorit bir papaku.
Papaku juga mencoba bir dari Kirin dan Suntory, tapi hatinya tetap
jatuh kepada Asahi Super Dry.
Dan menurut kabar, penjualan Asahi Super Dry
menduduki 1sｔ rank dalam 12 tahun terakhir.
Owwww.... sebegitu enakkah?

Dalam kunjungin kali ini, kami bisa melihat proses pembuatan bir step by step.
Dimulai dari pemilihan raw materials nya, proses fermentasi nya, proses pemriksaan kualitas produk, sampai ke proses packaging..

Mesin yang digunakan di pabrik itu bisa dalam 1 menit saja bisa
memproduksi 1000 kaleng (atau 600 botol).
Bisa dibayangkan sebagaimana cepatnya mesin itu bekerja.
Fantastic!

Dan katanya, cara mesin pabrik asahi yang berputar2 itu menjadi
ide dasar dari munculnya "Kaiten Sushi (Revolving Sushi bar)".
Menarik bukan?

Dan hal lain yang menarik dari Asahi adalah bentuk tanggung jawabnya
kepada lingkungan.
Sampah yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi dibagi secara detail ke dalam
50 jenis dan kemudian di recycle menjadi berbagai macam barang.
Contoh hasil dari recycle itu adalah pakaian seragam yang dipakai oleh
guide tour Pabrik Asahi, makanan ternak, dll.

Di akhir kunjungan kami, kami diperbolehkan untuk menikmati
produk andalan Asahi, apalagi kalau bukan Asahi Super Dry!
Dan tidak tanggung2 setiap orang pun diberikan kesempatan

さっき、自己分析という講座のなかである一つの質問に聞かれた。
「自分自身が好きですか？」という質問だった。

クラスのなか、10人ぐらいの学生さんがいたけど、
私一人しか、「はい、好きです」、という答えをしなかった。
本当にびっくりした。
「なぜ、皆は自分のこと好きじゃないだろうね」

自分のこと好きじゃなかったら、自分なりで絶対生きること
ができない。それは最低だよ。

Enjoy Tiring Days

2 minggu belakangan ini, aktivitas ku sangatlah melelahkan.
Karena kesibukan job-hunting, reports, presentations, dan exams,
aku harus bangun pagi setiap hari walaupun tidak ada kelas pagi
di hari itu,dan setelah kelas selesai pun masih harus nongkrong
di perpustakaan sampai sekitar jam 8 malam.
Aktivitas ini terasa semakin melelahkan, dikarenakan aku harus bolak balik,
Fukushima-Sendai, dan Fukushima-Tokyo, untuk urusan job fair.

It was really tiring days, but i tried to enjoy every single day of them.
So it was fine for me.

Kesibukanku untuk sementara aku schedule sampai jumat kemarin.
Today i slept for 12 hours. (It has been quite a while i couldn't enjoy
such a long sleep)

Hari ini aku juga sengaja mengosongkan diriku dari kegiatan apapun.
Seberapa aku berusaha menikmati setiap kesibukanku, aku berpikir
aku tetap perlu beristirahat sejenak (red: refreshing and charging).

Kesibukan2 ini akan segera dimulai lagi begitu weekend ini selesai.

「能力は有限、努力は無限」

「やれば、できる」

この二つの言葉が関係ないかもしれないが、
この言葉を聞いて、まるでエネルギーの源を
発動したような気がしないのではないだろうか。

私なら、そうと思う。
励みというか、とにかく自分に力になるような感じがした。

人間って、たとえ天才児として生まれたとしても、
何でも出来る訳ないでしょう。
だから、人間の能力は限りがあると思う。

しかし、出来なくても、もし本気に努力し続けたい
という意思があれば、いつまでも、努力できる。
努力は自分自身の決まりなので、限りがないものだと思う。

その努力の過程の上で、成功か失敗かに関わらず、
何が学ぶことが絶対あると思う。
できないことが本気にやれば、いつか出来るかもしれない。
あるいは、たとえ失敗しても、二度の失敗をしないように、
その失敗した経験から、何かの知恵をもらえるかもしれない。

この世界のなか、最終の結果だけに中心するという考えが多いと思う。
最終の結果（成功）は確かに大事なことが、最も大事のはその
成功を達成する過程だと思う。

Kentucky Christmas VS MacD Icon' Box ?

Setelah sempat bingung, antara mau take lunch di MacD atau di Freshness Burger, finally i decided to have lunch at MacD. Ternyata, MacD sekarang sedang mengadakan campaign yang bertema "Icon Chicken". Campaign ini dimulai sejak awal bulan October dan dibagi menjadi 4 sesi.

Sesi pertama "Cheese Foundue" dan sesi kedua "German Sausage" sudah selesai menjalani masa campaign-nya (I haven't tried both of them, though T_T).

Sekarang MacD sedang menjalankan campaign nya untuk sesi ke 3, yaitu "Diavolo". I tried this one this afternoon. It was not too bad :)
Now, i am looking forward to trying the last one - Carbonora- It looks so delicious. ^_*

By the way, MacD sekarang juga sedang mempromosikan chicken packet nya, called Icon'Box.

Somehow, i feel this packet is promoted specially for Christmas. Itu terlihat dari corak pamletnya dimana french fries, beberapa chicken nudgetnya disusun menjadi bentuknya pohon natal -->

Ketika aku melihat pamlet ini, satu hal langsung terlintas di pikiranku.
"ternyata MacD juga ga mau kalah dari KFC yang setiap tahunnya mengadakan promosi, named Kentucky Christmas.

Kentucky Christmas ini kabarnya sudah ada sejak tahun 1974.
Di saat itu, KFC memperkenalkan packet tersebut tak lain hanya sebagai salah satu bentuk sales promotionnya. Tetapi, nampaknya kebiasaan untuk makan ayam Kentucky di hari Natal mendapat respon yang sangat positif dari warga Jepang ataupun orang asing yang merayakan natal di Jepang.
Dari situ, kebiasaan "makan ayam Kentucky (ayam goreng)" menjadi salah satu kebiasaan yang tidak terlewatkan di saat perayaan Natal di Jepang.

Untuk tahun ini, Kentucky Christmas menyediakan 5 macam menu yang semuanya menggiurkan :)
Salah satunya adalah packet "Party Barrel".

Origin

The katakana syllabary was derived from abbreviated Chinese characters used by Buddhist monks to indicate the correct pronunciations of Chinese texts in the 9th century. At first there were many different symbols to represent one syllable of spoken Japanese, but over the years the system was streamlined. By the 14th century, there was a more or less one-to-one correspondence between spoken and written syllables.

The word katakana "part (of kanji) syllabic script". The "part" refers to the fact that katakana characters represent parts of kanji.

Characteristics and usage of katakana

The katakana syllabary consists of 48 syllables and was originally considered "men's writing". Since the 20th century, katakana have been used mainly to write non-Chinese loan words, onomatopoeic words, foreign names, in telegrams and for emphasis (the equivalent of bold, italic or upper case text in English). Before the 20th century all foreign loanwords were written with kanji.

Katakana are also used to write Ainu, a language spoken on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido.

In each column the rōmaji appears on the left, the katakana symbols in the middle and the kanji from which the symbols were derived on the right.

Apples Picking （リンゴ狩り）

今日は晴れて本当によかった。秋が終わるまで、今日のような天気が続づけたらいいね。

私は今日、他の５人の留学生と一緒に「楽しいリンゴ狩り」という活動に参加してきた。場所は「阿部伝七果樹園」というリンゴ畑だった。

リンゴ狩りを始める前に、リンゴの採る方法が教えてくれた。リンゴを採る時は下に引っ張ってはいけない。そのリンゴを上に少し上げて簡単に採られるそうだ。

採ったリンゴがその場で試食してもらった。やっぱり取り立てのリンゴがみずみずしくておいしい〜！と皆が同感した♥

このような活動がはじめてだから、結構楽しんでいた。しかも、沢山のリンゴがただで持って帰って嬉しいわ。皆ありがとう！　来年も機会があれば、またやろうね　(^o^)3

Sejak tsunami di Mentawai, 25 October 2010, disusul dengan letusan Merapi yang dahsyat dan masih terus meletus sampai hari ini serta bencana-bencana alam lainnya yang menimpa Indonesia, berbagai bentuk bantuan baik secara fisik dan moral terus berdatangan.

Para user social network seperti Facebook dan twitter pun tidak berdiam diri. Sebagai bentuk simpati, mereka mengganti profil picture dengan berbagai logo Pray for Indonesia yang salah satunya seperti logo yang terlihat disini.

Pengalaman Misa yang Unik

Sejak aku menjadi Katolik sampai sekarang, tidak ada di bayanganku sama sekali kalo aku akan mengikuti misa (perayaan ekaristi) tanpa ditemani oleh anggota misdinar/putra-putri altar, anggota koor ataupun umat yang lain.

Mungkin itu karena aku selalu mengikuti misa yang ada di Indonesia, di mana cukup banyak warga yang beragama Katolik. Selepas aku meninggalkan Indonesia dan bersekolah di Tokyo pun, bayangan tentang misa yang hanya dihadiri oleh satu orang Romo dan satu orang umat masih belum terlintas di pemikiranku.

Kurang lebih selama 8 tahun, baik sewatu berada di Indonesia maupun di Tokyo, setiap minggu (Sabtu malam atau Minggu pagi) aku pergi menghadiri perayaan ekaristi, di mana sudah banyak umat lain juga yang hadir di sana. Pembagian tugas untuk misdinar, pembaca injil, kolekte, mazmur pun pada umumnya sudah ditentukan jauh hari sebelumnya. Mungkin ada beberapa kali aku mendapat tugas sebagai pengumpul kolekte, tetapi sebagian besar tugasku hanyalah mengikuti dan menghayati perayaan ekaristi itu.

Setengah tahun yang lalu, tepatnya April 2010, aku melanjutkan studi ku ke Fukushima, bagian utara Jepang. Umat Katolik di provinsi ini tidak begitu banyak. Itu nampak jelas karena jadwal misa pun hanya ada dua kali di hari Sabtu malam dan Minggu pagi. Berbeda sekali dengan jadwal misa di Indonesia yang bisa sampai 3-4 kali untuk hari Minggu saja.

Aku sebenarnya secara pribadi lebih suka menghadiri misa di hari Minggu. Oleh karena itu, sebisa mungkin aku menngosongkan jadwal di hari Minggu, dikhusukan untuk misa. Tetapi walaubagaimanapun, ada beberapa kali hari Minggu yang tdak memungkinkan aku untuk pergi ke gereja. Oleh karena itu, sebagai gantinya aku menghadiri misa di hari Sabtu.

Di gereja Nodamachou, misa di hari Sabtu hanya dilakukan di bagian kanan dari ruang gereja, dikarenakan jumlah umat yang sedikit. Sebagian besar dari umatnya adalah para suster. Dari sini semakin tampak jelas, betapa minoritasnya umat Katolik di sini (Fukushima). Misa ini hanya berlangsung selama 40 menit (pada umumnya 1 jam) tanpa diiringin nyanyian apapun. Semua nyanyian seperti Kemuliann, Bapa Kami, Kudus, dll hanya dibacakan saja.

Pertama kali mengikuti misa di hari Sabtu dengan jumlah umat yang sedikit dan metode seperti itu, membuatku sedikit terkejut. Tidak ada putra putri altar, tidak ada anggota koor disana, yang ada hanyalah seorang pastor dan beberapa umat yang merangkup pembaca bacaan injil.

Tetapi yang membuat aku lebih terkejut lagi adalah ketika aku mengikuti misa di hari Sabtu di gereja Matsukicho. Tidak ada umat lain selain aku! Ya, hanya ada aku dan seorang Romo yang menjalankan misa itu. Tidak ada yang berubah dari urutan misa. Misa dijalankan layaknya misa-misa biasa di hari Minggu yang dihadiri oleh banyak umat, lengkap dengan putra-putri altar dan anggota koor.

Karena hanya ada aku di barisan umat, aku yang membaca semua bacaan (bacaan satu dan bacaan dua, serta doa permohonan). Karena tidak ada anggota koor yang lain, makan hanya terdengar suaraku dan suara Romo yang menyanyikan semua mazmur dan nyanyian2 pengantar misa.

Aku benar-benar tidak pernah membayangkan misa yang seperti itu. Ini pengalaman pertamaku mengikuti misa seperti itu dan mungkin ini pengalaman misa yang tidak akan terlupakan bagi aku.

But yet, aku sangat berterimakasih kepada Romo yang masih mau mengadakan misa walau hanya aku seorang yang hadir di hari itu.

Everything Happened for the Reason

Di dalam hidup ini kita tidak bisa memiliki semua yang kita inginkan.

Kita dituntut untuk membuat prioritas, memilih dan akhirnya memutuskan.

Tidak ada dari kita seorangpun yang ingin keputusan yang diambil adalah keputusan yang salah. Semua orang tentunya ingin yang terbaik.

Tetapi, kenyataannya tidak semudah itu.

Tidak sedikit dari kita yang akhirnya kecewa, sedih, dan menyesal apabila hasil dari keputusan yang telah diambil itu tidak sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan.

Alhasil, kita pun cenderung men-judge keputusan itu sebagai keputusan yang "salah".

Yah, mungkin benar itu keputusan yang "salah".

Tetapi, coba pikirkan dan renungkan kembali, apakah keputusan yang "salah" tadi selalu memberikan

dampak yang buruk bagi kita? Tidak adakah sesuatu yang baik yang kita dapat dari keputusan yang "salah" tadi?

Hasil dari keputusan yang "salah" mungkin tidak sesuai dengan harapan kita,

tetapi percayalah everything happened for the reason.

Mungkin kita belum mampu melihat hasil yang baik dari keputusan yang "salah" tadi itu sekarang.

Tetapi sekali lagi percayalah semua yang terjadi dalam hidup ini mempunyai arti dan alasannya masing-masing.

So, jangan pernah menyesali semua keputusan yang telah kita ambil.

Beranilah untuk menerima hasil dari keputusan itu.

Apabila hasilnya baik, anggaplah itu sebagai kesuksesan dan anugerah.

Sebaliknya, apabila hasilnya "buruk", anggaplah itu sebagai pengalaman dan pembelajaran.

Sesungguhnya tidak ada yang buruk dari pengalaman dan pembelajaran apabila kita mampu melihat sisi positif dari itu semua.

Hiragana

There are 46 basic Hiragana characters. It includes

1) 5 main vowels, which are ‘a’ pronounced as ‘aa’ as in ‘mark’ ‘i’ pronounced as ‘i’ as in ‘eat’ ‘u’ pronounced as ‘oo’ as in ‘soon’ ‘e’ pronounced as ‘e’ as in ‘tell’ ‘o’ pronounced as ‘o’ as in ‘more’
2) 39 consonants which are made by joining a vowel at the end of a character like "ka", "ki", "ku", "ke", "ko"
3) One single consonant "n"
4) An alphabet "wo" pronounced "o".

When "tenten or Maru" is added to, some of the main characters, new characters are formed. Tenten are two small lines written at the head of a consonant. Maru is a small circle written at the head of a consonant. For example, if tenten is added to "ka" becomes "ga" or "sa" become "za". In addition, if maru is added to "ha" it becomes "ba".
When either "ya", "yu" or "yo" character is written at the foot of any "I" ending character then they form the consonant clusters.
While writing hiragana, katakana or kanji, one needs to follow a particular stroke order. Stroke order is called as "Kakijun" in Japanese. It actually means the sequential steps to write a particular character. Also, while forming Japanese words by using hiragana script, there are a few rules one needs to follow. They are:-

1) Nasal sound: Words, which have a nasal sound it consists of the consonant ‘n’ as in "enpitsu", which means pencil.
2) Double consonants: When a small "tsu" is written in a word then the consonant after that is repeated twice as in "gakkou" which means school.
3) Long pronunciation: Whenever vowel "u" comes after any "o" ending character then the sound "o" is prolonged. Similarly, whenever "a", "i", "u", "e", "o" comes after any "a", "i", "u", "e", "o" ending character then also the respective sound is prolonged.

There are a few important things, which one should be very clear about and should always remember it. They are :-

The "wo/ o" consonant is used only as a particle. It is not used in forming words.
The consonants "ji" and "zu" come in two different series. The "ji" which occurs in the "Da" series is not at all used whereas the "Zu" is used very rarely. The "Ji" and "Zu" which occur in the "Za" series is always used in forming words.

Jakarta - Untuk mempertahankan sebuah hubungan diperlukan rasa saling percaya, toleransi pengertian dan sebagainya. Kadang butuh kerja keras untuk bisa mendapatkan semuanya.

Saat hubungan ada di ujung tanduk, satu kesalahan kecil bisa merusak semuanya. Rasa marah, kecewa kesal seringkali melanda.

Namun ada satu hal yang bisa kembali merekatkan hubungan itu, yaitu rasa humor. Mungkin sekilas terdengar sepele, namun ternyata rasa humor bisa menjadi perekat dalam sebuah hubungan.

Humor juga bisa membuat suatu hubungan menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Tidak semua hal harus ditanggapi secara serius. Kadang dengan humor, hubungan Anda bisa berlangsung lebih santai.
